A key role in leading and overseeing the delivery of exceptional pension administration services for a diverse portfolio of schemes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a trusted financial services group while developing your leadership and technical expertise in pensions. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the pension administration team, ensuring smooth delivery across all aspects of personal, occupational, and multi-member pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities

⭐ Oversee the administration and servicing of pension schemes, including new client onboarding, benefit calculations, tax reporting, and statement preparation.

⭐ Supervise the team and external providers to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal controls.

⭐ Review annual accounts, manage billing and financial records, and coordinate with third-party providers such as auditors and investment managers.

What You’ll Bring

⭐ At least six years of experience in pension administration, ideally with management or supervisory responsibilities.

⭐ Professional qualification and strong technical knowledge of pension schemes, legislation, and regulatory frameworks.

⭐ Excellent organisational, analytical, and client relationship skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
