You will provide essential HR and administrative support to the People team, helping to deliver accurate, efficient and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities
⭐ Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, managing contracts, compliance checks and system setup to ensure a seamless colleague experience.
⭐ Maintain and update people data in HR systems, supporting reporting, payroll accuracy and compliance monitoring.
⭐ Assist with HR policies, process improvements and team projects that enhance efficiency and engagement.
