A well-established financial services company is seeking an experienced professional to oversee its pensions administration function. This role involves managing a dedicated team and ensuring the smooth running of personal, occupational and multi-member pension schemes. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of pension administration, including new client onboarding, benefit calculations, financial oversight, and liaison with auditors and other third parties. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maintaining high standards of client service will be key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have at least six years’ relevant experience, hold or be working towards a professional qualification, and demonstrate strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
