A leading financial institution is seeking an HR Support Specialist to join its Guernsey team on a part time basis (20 hours per week)
This role is perfect for someone with a strong administrative background and a passion for people operations. You’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, payroll support, and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of HR experience and confidence when dealing with employees and managers at all levels.
