An established insurance management firm in Guernsey is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist to join its growing team. The successful candidate will oversee compliance databases and registers, manage financial crime processes, and ensure adherence to data protection and regulatory requirements. Acting as Deputy MLRO/MLCO, they will support risk management, maintain policies and procedures, and foster a strong culture of governance and compliance across the business.
Applicants should have proven experience in a risk or compliance role within financial services, ideally with exposure to insurance or regulatory environments. Relevant compliance qualifications and a strong understanding of Guernsey’s financial and regulatory frameworks are essential, along with excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
