Key responsibilities:
⭐ Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, treasury, and general ledger functions
⭐ Deliver accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes
⭐ Ensure robust internal controls and adherence to IFRS/UK GAAP standards
⭐ Optimise cash flow, working capital, and operational KPIs (e.g. DSO, DPO)
⭐ Lead, mentor, and develop the financial operations team
⭐ Support audits, regulatory compliance, and internal reporting requirements
What you’ll need:
⭐ ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
⭐ Extensive audit and senior finance operations experience
⭐ Strong technical knowledge of accounting, controls, and reporting
⭐ Experience managing multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional finance functions
⭐ Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel
⭐ Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
