A great opportunity at an independent financial services group, headquartered in Guernsey, providing private client, funds and corporate services.
Duties will include administering funds, management companies and associated fund structures within the team and liaising with clients and intermediaries on a daily basis, assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of Board packs, obtaining directors availability and drafting of minutes for routine board meetings and the preparation of manual and electronic payment instructions to settle entity expenses and complete investment transactions throughout structures including the bookkeeping and assistance with opening new bank accounts.

Candidates should have good interpersonal skills to develop close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts and ideally 2+ years of financial services experience, holding or working towards the CGI Certificate or similar, or willing to study for a relevant professional qualification.
