This is an exciting opportunity to join the People Team of a respected international organisation based in St Peter Port. Working at the heart of the employee lifecycle, this role is vital in ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience and delivering efficient, values-led support across HR operations. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: • Coordinating onboarding, offboarding and compliance checks. • Maintaining and auditing HR systems and employee records. • Supporting people queries, policy updates and payroll data accuracy. • Assisting with people-focused projects and continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will have prior HR administration experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
