Key responsibilities:

⭐ Lead administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies

⭐ Liaise with clients, advisors and intermediaries

⭐ Ensure timely preparation of minutes, filings and financials

⭐ Oversee compliance with tax and AEOI reporting

⭐ Assist with process improvements and deputise for management as required

What you’ll need:

⭐ Prior experience in trust/company administration

⭐ STEP/ICSA qualified (or working towards)

⭐ Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills
