This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established provider of private client services, offering a high-quality and consistent approach to the administration of trust and company structures for high-net-worth individuals. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: • Supporting the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of private client trusts and companies. • Maintaining and updating due diligence and statutory records. • Assisting senior team members to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Drafting correspondence and maintaining accurate records across internal systems. • Liaising with clients, intermediaries, and service providers as required. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or equivalent) and have a minimum of three years’ experience in a trust or private client administration role. A detail-oriented, proactive approach and strong organisational skills are essential. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
