Commercial Property Associate / Senior Associate – Jersey

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading offshore law firm’s respected Property team in Jersey. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-value commercial property transactions, while also supporting residential property matters, property litigation, and corporate support work. What You’ll Do: • Manage and coordinate commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. • Provide high-quality, timely, and commercially focused advice to clients. • Support a range of property-related matters, including residential and corporate transactions. • Supervise, delegate to, and mentor junior team members and conveyancers. • Play an active role in business development, client relationship management, and knowledge sharing. • Contribute to initiatives that enhance client service, technology use, and team efficiency. What We’re Looking For: • 4–6 years PQE, qualified in Jersey, the UK, or a Commonwealth jurisdiction. • Solid background in commercial property law; Jersey experience is an advantage. • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills. • A proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach to work. • A genuine interest in mentoring others and contributing to a supportive team culture. • Applicants must be based in, or open to relocating to, Jersey for this full-time, office-based role.
