Acting as a first line of defence, the specialist identifies potential risks, recommends mitigation actions, and maintains accurate records throughout the onboarding process. Experience in onboarding, CDD, or compliance within a regulated environment is required, along with strong communication skills and sound commercial judgement. Relevant compliance qualifications or a willingness to study toward them are highly valued.
