Join a well-established financial institution providing trustee and fund oversight services to a portfolio of regulated investment schemes. This varied role blends governance, compliance monitoring, and hands-on administration within a supportive team.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Maintain the breach register and monitor Custodian Trustee checks
⭐ Support GFSC notifications and on-site regulatory visits
⭐ Assist with Scheme Particulars and annual account reviews
⭐ Reconcile daily, monthly, and quarterly valuations
⭐ Support procedural reviews, audits, and trustee fee billing
What you’ll bring:
⭐ Experience in Guernsey funds (custody or fund admin preferred)
⭐ Familiarity with GFSC rules and guidance for CIS business
⭐ Working knowledge of Bloomberg, IDS, and fund pricing systems
⭐ Confident multitasker with solid time management skills⭐ Eagerness to learn and develop through internal/external training
