Join a leading global financial institution and play a key role in providing exceptional private equity operations support. We’re looking for a Senior Fund Administrator to manage complex client portfolios while supporting the wider operations team.
What you’ll be doing
⭐ Managing and administering a portfolio of private equity clients, including investment transactions, accounting, and reporting
⭐ Build strong relationships with clients, investment advisors, and third parties
⭐ Perform complex accounts preparation and reviews under GAAP/IFRS standards
⭐ Assist with investor calls, distributions, and company secretarial duties
⭐ Support junior team members and review their work
⭐ Prepare AIFMD, Solvency II, and tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions
What you’ll bring
⭐ ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified with 2+ years’ relevant fund experience
⭐ Strong knowledge of investment accounting, fund structures, and reporting requirements
⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
