A growing private equity operations team is seeking a confident and detail-oriented administrator to support fund and investor servicing.

What you’ll do:

⭐ Administer investor calls, distributions, transfers, and data updates

⭐ Handle cash management, FXs, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing

⭐ Liaise with clients, advisors, and internal teams on complex queries

⭐ Support fund closings, investor AML reviews, and tax reporting processes

⭐ Attend board meetings and draft minutes

What you’ll bring:

⭐ Strong experience in fund administration (PE experience a plus)

⭐ Excellent organisation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

⭐ Clear and confident communicator with a client-first mindset

⭐ Good knowledge of Guernsey fund structures and compliance requirements

⭐ Proficiency in Excel; experience with Investran is a bonus
