Senior Associate (VA585)

Carey Olsen is a prestigious, award-winning offshore legal firm based in the Channel Islands, and we are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Tier 1 Corporate team in Jersey. This position will concentrate on managing multi-jurisdictional transactions, often with multiple other advisors, for a primary client. Transactions may include M&A, (re)structuring, the formation of vehicles of various kinds (including investment funds and incentive arrangements) and debt and/or equity financing. Individuals will work as part of a team and lead on complex transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience with broad experience in general commercial, M&A and/or Funds. Cross jurisdictional experience would be beneficial.
