Payments Specialist- Transaction Banking Operations

The Corporate Banking Operating Model Workstream, is designing and setting up a Service and Operations capability, which will enable high quality delivery to Corporate Banking Clients. We are seeking a specialist with : Ops Subject Matter Expertise Payments Experience in working as a Business Analyst in Change Projects Ability to work with Senior Leads in Product and Technology Teams At least 10 years experience in an International Bank, in Operations Work Experience in an offshore GCC would be a positive. Roles and Responsibilities: Obtain clarity on the planned products, services and platforms to be rolled out Draft detailed “To Be” workflows, as per Target Operating Model guidelines Write Standard Operating Procedures Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Banking Product Management, Bank, Credit, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Risk to validate Processes and Procedures Conduct process mapping and optimisation of workflows. Facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and playback sessions to validate proposed processes and procedures with stakeholders. Support system testing, validation, and adoption, working closely with Technology teams. Provide training and change support to ensure smooth rollout of the operating model, across the organisation. Core skills and knowledge: Deep domain expertise in Operations for Payments Proven experience large scale operations change projects Strong knowledge of the end-to-end processes for Account Services / Payments / Lending. Understanding of UK regulations covering these products and its implications for process design and controls. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complexity and build shared understanding. At least 10 years experience in an International Bank, in Operations
