We are seeking a dedicated and well-organised Administrator to support the day-to-day management of local secondary pension schemes, with exposure to international schemes. This role involves assisting with the full pension lifecycle, including onboarding new clients and members, setting up accounts, processing contributions, preparing investment instructions, and managing pension transfers. You will handle queries from clients, members, and third parties, ensure accurate record-keeping, and apply client due diligence requirements in line with internal policies. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, confident working with numbers, and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. A willingness to learn new systems and work collaboratively within a supportive, values-driven team is key to success in this role.
