Temporary Sales Negotiator

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused professional to join a leading local estate agency on a 9-month maternity cover contract. This role sits within a fast-paced sales environment, supporting clients throughout their property journey while representing a highly trusted brand. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, coordinate viewings and negotiations, and deliver an exceptional standard of service from initial instruction through to completion. The position involves conducting viewings, preparing marketing materials, maintaining accurate CRM records, and working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets. While previous estate agency experience is ideal, we also welcome candidates with strong sales, account management, or relationship-focused backgrounds. A full valid driving licence is essential.
