A position for an experienced and proactive Senior Company Secretary to join a fast-paced, client-focused Company Secretarial Services Team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality company secretarial services, supporting Board governance, managing statutory obligations, mentoring team members, and promoting digital efficiencies.

What you’ll be doing

⭐ Oversee core company secretarial operations, from meetings to filings, ensuring smooth, compliant governance

⭐ Lead Board processes — preparing packs, attending meetings, and producing clear, accurate minutes

⭐ Implement best practice, streamline workflows, and support team development and onboarding

About you

⭐ 5+ years’ relevant experience, ideally with a professional qualification

⭐ Strong knowledge of Guernsey company law, governance codes, and regulatory expectations

⭐ Confident working with senior stakeholders, managing priorities, and delivering precise, high-quality work
