We require an accomplished professional to oversee trust administration for our client, a leading provider of bespoke wealth and corporate services.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage a portfolio of trusts, companies, and other structures
⭐ Lead and mentor a trust administration team
⭐ Build strong client and intermediary relationships
⭐ Oversee client meetings, reporting, and compliance
⭐ Identify efficiencies and implement process improvements
⭐ Provide support to sub-team leaders and resolve escalated issues
What you’ll need:
⭐ 8+ years’ relevant experience and STEP/ICSA (or equivalent) qualification
⭐ Proven leadership in a trust administration environment
⭐ Strong understanding of fiduciary law and AML requirements
⭐ Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
⭐ Ability to manage client relationships and lead a high-performing team
