A fixed-term opportunity is available for an FTTP Installation Assistance Engineer to join a busy fibre rollout programme in Guernsey until December 2026. Working 37.5 hours per week, this hands-on role provides essential on-demand support to a large team of Fibre Installation Technicians delivering broadband and phone services across the island. Responsibilities include assisting with cable pulling and installation, drilling, running cables, working at heights, and supporting roadworks signing and guarding. Saturday work on a rota is required, and a full driving licence is essential.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and at height on poles or building fascias. A commitment to safe working practices is key.
