We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. You will manage reception duties, coordinate meeting room bookings, arrange travel and refreshments when needed, and prepare meeting packs under the guidance of the Senior Executive Assistant. The role also includes providing administrative support to the Customer Operations team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience working with customers, and confidence learning new systems and products. GCSEs in Maths and English (A–C) or equivalent experience are required, and banking knowledge is an advantage.
