Compliance Analyst, Guernsey Job Type: Full-Time (Flexible hours considered) Join a leading international financial institution in a key compliance role providing second-line assurance and oversight. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of regulatory compliance across a well-established banking operation, collaborating with teams both locally and internationally. Key Responsibilities Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: • Supporting regulatory compliance monitoring and maintaining internal registers. • Ensuring internal jurisdictional lists are kept up to date in line with regulatory changes. • Administering BAC records and assisting with log maintenance. • Providing cover for onboarding, transaction monitoring and screening activities. • Conducting ad hoc investigations and contributing to special projects alongside senior management. • Supporting the compilation of board packs and managing follow-up actions. • Maintaining training records and supporting training rollout to relevant stakeholders. • Assisting with regulatory filings and broader compliance administrative tasks as required. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a relevant compliance qualification such as ICA, ACAMS, or CISI, and will have at least 2–3 years’ experience in a compliance, regulatory or risk-focused role. Strong attention to detail, collaborative working skills, and a clear understanding of regulatory frameworks are essential.
