Analyst or Senior Analyst – Enforcement Division, Guernsey

Our client is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join a dynamic team within the Enforcement Division in an investigator role. About the Role: This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enforcement of regulatory standards and support the delivery of key regulatory objectives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in investigating and addressing breaches of regulatory and corporate requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Identifying, investigating, and taking action against businesses and individuals operating outside regulatory and corporate frameworks. • Conducting statutory investigations, including: o Arranging and undertaking on-site visits. o Gathering and analyzing evidence. o Conducting interviews and preparing Notices. o Documenting findings and presenting them effectively. • Managing enforcement cases, liaising with relevant supervisory teams to ensure timely and efficient case progression. • Evaluating evidence and preparing comprehensive reports with clear conclusions and recommendations. • Producing affidavits, witness statements, and expert opinions to support enforcement actions. About You: • Strong analytical and investigative skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate complex evidence and formulate actionable conclusions. • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and documentation. • Can manage multiple cases effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work. • Have experience in regulatory enforcement, legal investigations, or a related field (preferred).
