The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining key systems and controls to ensure compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain statutory records and perform company secretarial duties for internal group entities. • Act as administrator of banking platforms and manage introducer-related bank requests. • Set up and maintain contact records in internal systems and assist with incoming correspondence. • Prepare documentation for regulatory filings, including annual validations and confirmation statements. • Provide administrative support for database management and statutory data alignment. • Assist with pan-island policy and procedure standardisation and data reconciliation projects. • Perform regular audits and exception reporting, including reconciliation of due diligence records. • Support Guernsey Registry submissions and contribute to ad hoc projects when required. What You Need: • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in a corporate or fiduciary environment. • Experience in Guernsey company secretarial responsibilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong analytical and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Knowledge of risk management and regulatory reporting requirements. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • A team player with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
