A People Consultant/ Regional Lead role responsible for delivering a consistent people experience across multiple offices.
The position partners closely with local leadership to identify organisational needs and coordinate solutions with specialist HR teams in areas such as reward, learning, benefits, and organisational development. Responsibilities include advising on local employment law, managing employee relations, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, driving engagement initiatives, and helping maintain a high-performance culture. Ideal candidates will have strong HR consultancy experience, proven ability to influence leaders, excellent interpersonal skills, and deep practical knowledge of local employment legislation. Professional HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD, MA in HR/Organisational Psychology) and coaching experience are preferred.
