Head of Enterprise Solutions, Guernsey/Jersey/Isle of Man

Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Our client, a leading telecommunications and technology services provider, is seeking a senior professional to lead its Enterprise Solutions function across the islands. This role will guide the development of next-generation services and support digital transformation for major business and government customers. The successful individual will build and lead a unified team covering solution design, product strategy, consultancy, and technical leadership. They will shape a modern enterprise portfolio across cloud, cybersecurity, connectivity, data centre services, networking, collaboration technologies, and emerging AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Include: • Setting the strategic direction for enterprise solutions and driving innovation. • Developing and evolving a commercially sound solutions portfolio. • Leading go-to-market activity and contributing to revenue and margin growth. • Supporting major bids and acting as senior technical authority for strategic customers. • Overseeing delivery assurance, governance, and lifecycle management. • Building a high-performing consultancy and architecture function. Skills & Experience: • Leadership within professional services, product, architecture, or technology consulting teams. • Strong technical grounding in cloud, cyber, connectivity, networking, collaboration, and data centre technologies. • Commercial acumen, including experience shaping business cases and pricing models. • Confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders and influencing strategic outcomes. • Experience driving complex enterprise solutions or transformation programmes. • (Desirable) Exposure to AI-enabled solutions, sovereign cloud, or regulated industries.
