Senior Associate, International Trusts and Private Clients

This role is for a Senior Associate with strong experience in non-contentious trust matters to join an integrated International Trusts and Private Clients practice. The position, based in Guernsey, involves advising on Guernsey trust issues, working with colleagues in dispute resolution on trust-related matters, and supporting the corporate team on private funds and client structures. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing documentation, managing administrative requirements, supervising junior team members, and ensuring efficient use of partner time. The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor or barrister with around five to six years’ PQE in a relevant area, strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative, proactive approach. STEP qualification or interest in pursuing it is advantageous.
