Temporary Business Management Support

This role supports the COO function by helping to ensure smooth daily operations while coordinating key projects that enhance efficiency and strengthen risk management. This is a 12-month fixed-term position.
The position involves working closely with the Local Third-Party Officer to oversee outsourcing arrangements, including monitoring, reporting, and presenting updates to the Third-Party Risk Committee. Responsibilities also include assisting with the migration of third-party services to new systems, creating detailed process maps to clarify workflows and risks, and providing project management support for strategic and operational initiatives. Familiarity with project management, problem-solving under time pressure, and an interest in operational or third-party risk management are valuable. Experience with automation, reporting to committees, or business analysis is advantageous.
