This four month contract role provides assistant-management support within a funds administration team, overseeing a portfolio of complex fund and associated structures. Responsibilities include coordinating new structure onboarding, supporting day-to-day fund operations such as calls, distributions and company secretarial matters, and maintaining high service standards throughout the client lifecycle. Additional duties include managing billing, handling queries, maintaining strong client and adviser relationships, and serving as an authorised signatory. Candidates should have at least five years’ funds experience at assistant manager level, strong fund company secretarial knowledge, sound technical and regulatory understanding, and excellent communication skills. The role requires strong organisational abilities, people-management capability, and familiarity with AML/KYC requirements.
