This back-office role provides operational support to a fund administration team, working under the direction of a manager across a varied client portfolio. The position focuses on processing payments such as invoices, capital calls and distributions in line with internal procedures, as well as maintaining accurate investor records. Responsibilities also include assisting with the collation of due diligence documentation, maintaining records within the document management system, and supporting ad-hoc requests or project work as required. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong attention to detail, good organisational and communication skills, and solid computer literacy. At least a years previous experience in an administrative environment and an understanding of financial services procedures are required.
