This role supports client relationship and accounts teams by delivering accurate bookkeeping and accounting services across a portfolio of client entities. Responsibilities include posting financial transactions, preparing bank and investment reconciliations, maintaining up-to-date accounting records, and producing annual financial statements and regular client reports. The position requires handling complex and ad-hoc transactions across investment and property structures, while ensuring client requirements are met efficiently and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with experience in fiduciary or similar environments and a relevant accounting qualification considered advantageous.
