The role includes exposure to financial reporting, regulatory compliance, company secretarial duties, and strategic client relationship development, often engaging with senior management of multinational companies to support their risk mitigation and financing goals.

Key responsibilities include managing insurance renewals, preparing Board and Committee meeting materials, reviewing contracts for regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulators, insurers, and brokers. The role involves close collaboration with senior colleagues to achieve both company and client objectives, while also supporting staff training and development.

Candidates should hold or be close to attaining an ACII qualification, possess strong technical knowledge of insurance and reinsurance, have solid Excel skills, and ideally some captive insurance and supervisory experience. Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail are essential.
