This 12-month fixed-term role is looking for a Talent and Development Manager to support career progression, performance and future leadership capability.
The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to identify development priorities, deliver and coordinate development programmes, and embed a strong learning culture across the organisation. Responsibilities include managing training initiatives, budgets and external providers, advising managers on development strategies, supporting career pathways, and contributing to firmwide talent projects. Strong stakeholder management, programme delivery, facilitation, and project management skills are essential, alongside experience operating in a fast-paced professional services environment and a pragmatic, digitally-aware approach to learning and development.
