This role supports and deputises for the Manager, helping to lead day-to-day operations, oversee workloads, and deliver high-quality service to ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Support client relationship management and service delivery
⭐ Oversee account reviews, filings, and corporate governance
⭐ Liaise with banks, intermediaries, investment advisers, and internal teams
⭐ Monitor team performance, targets, and financials
⭐ Assist with staff supervision, training, and review processes
