An established financial services organisation based in Guernsey is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Operations function. This role sits within a Programme Management Office (PMO) and focuses on the successful delivery of internal projects aligned to business change and transformation objectives. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of individual projects, ensuring objectives are met on time, within scope and budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across operations, IT and other business areas, both locally and virtually. Key responsibilities include: • Managing project plans, timelines, budgets and risks across multiple initiatives • Delivering projects aligned to wider transformation and change programmes • Preparing clear project reporting, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders • Identifying and managing risks and issues, escalating where appropriate • Promoting effective governance, stakeholder engagement and communication • Championing the use of digital tools to improve project delivery and collaboration About You • Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent) • A minimum of five years’ relevant project management experience • Proven track record of delivering projects in a structured PMO or change environment • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Comfortable producing project documentation, reports and presentations • Experience working in regulated or professional services environments would be advantageous • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies This is a full-time, office-based role in Guernsey, offering the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of internal projects within a collaborative and professional environment.
