This leading commercial business is seeking to recruit a candidate with experience in a customer facing role and with strong relationship skills to join their busy Guernsey team.

Responsibilities include answering and resolving customer queries in a professional manner, putting the customer first at all times and focusing on first call resolution and excellent service. Technical support on fault finding on mobile and broadband services will also be required in collaboration with the engineering teams.

Operating within a structured shift rota, the role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Applicants should have an excellent telephone manner and a friendly and cheerful disposition when dealing with clients. A strong technical knowledge with problem solving skills would also be a great asset. Full training will be provided.
