What you’ll do:
⭐ Support day-to-day banking and custody needs for intermediary clients
⭐ Approve custody instructions (equities, bonds, funds) and process FX transactions
⭐ Maintain online user access and support platform usage
⭐ Handle payments, fixed deposits, and sub-account openings
⭐ Liaise with clients via phone and email, ensuring records remain up to date
⭐ Collaborate across teams to improve processes and support product rollouts
What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience with Safe Custody and payments
⭐ Great communication and organisational skills
⭐ Strong attention to detail and risk awareness
⭐ A proactive mindset with a desire to innovate and improve
⭐ Understanding of financial intermediary services in Guernsey and beyond
