What you’ll do:
⭐ Manage end-to-end commercial lettings and sales
⭐ Lead lease renewals and rent reviews
⭐ Advise on development appraisals and asset management
⭐ Work closely with colleagues across agency, valuation, and property management
What you’ll need:
⭐ MRICS qualified (ideally 3–5 years PQE)
⭐ Broad experience across commercial and residential property
⭐ Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
⭐ Full, clean driving licence
