Join a highly respected independent trust company delivering bespoke fiduciary services to an international client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Guernsey-based business offering tailored trust and corporate administration solutions. Working closely with the Trust Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for a designated portfolio and contribute to the delivery of quality client service while supporting team development. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: • Managing a portfolio of trust and corporate structures, ensuring ongoing compliance and quality service. • Supporting internal processes including client onboarding, regulatory adherence, and risk evaluation. • Drafting professional correspondence, attending client meetings, and following up on action points. • Providing mentoring and guidance to junior team members, fostering development and best practice. • Ensuring adherence to internal controls and recording accurate chargeable time. • Proactively managing debtors and supporting internal teams with cash collection. • Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of three to four years' experience in a similar role within the fiduciary sector, alongside a relevant qualification such as STEP or ICSA. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks independently. The role also requires familiarity with regulatory and risk-based processes, a commitment to client service, and a collaborative mindset.
