Commercial Surveyor – General Practice Agent and Valuer

The successful candidate will be responsible for and have experience of undertaking commercial lettings and sales from start to finish, undertake lease renewals and rent reviews, provide Red Book valuations, development appraisals and provide asset management advice. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and MRICS qualified with 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience. You will also have previous experience in the role, be numerate and technically competent across responsibility areas.
