A well-established fiduciary services business in Guernsey is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Trust Administrator to join its growing team. This role offers exposure to a varied portfolio of trust, company, and private client structures within a supportive professional environment. The role • Supporting the day-to-day administration of trust, company, and private client structures • Drafting correspondence, minutes, and client documentation • Maintaining client due diligence and statutory records • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, investment managers, bankers, and professional advisers • Assisting senior team members with compliance and regulatory requirements What the role requires • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in trust, company, or private client administration • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail • Confident written and verbal communication skills • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems • STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable What’s in it for candidates • Full-time position within a reputable fiduciary services team • Opportunity to develop a career in trust administration • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
