Reporting to the Director, you will lead the planning and execution of organisational change strategies while overseeing divisional operations, budgeting, and resource allocation. Your remit includes managing a high-performing team—focusing on recruitment, digital upskilling, and performance management—and acting as a strategic liaison with external suppliers. You will also represent the organisation at an international level, promoting best practices in innovation and regulatory policy.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a pragmatic approach to strategic decision-making and an in-depth understanding of risk-based supervisory systems (PRISM). You must have a proven track record of embedding change management methodologies and leading digital transformation in complex environments. Strong communication skills are essential for reporting to Executive Committees and fostering a transparent, information-sharing culture across all levels of the organisation.
