Play a key role in supporting finance, admin, and operations in a growing tech business.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Process payments, manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and banking
⭐ Support finance systems and reporting (Sage experience a plus)
⭐ Oversee office logistics, travel bookings, and diary coordinatio
⭐ Provide admin support to senior leadership across finance, HR and operations
⭐ Assist with recruitment, onboarding and policy documentation
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong organisational and multitasking skills
⭐ Bookkeeping knowledge and financial acumen
⭐ Discretion, proactivity, and a hands-on approach
⭐ Excellent communication and attention to detail
⭐ Experience with Sage or similar systems preferred
