You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for colleagues and visitors while maintaining the efficiency, safety, and presentation of the workspace.

Key responsibilities:

⭐ Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house and visitor experience

⭐ Coordinate meeting rooms, facilities, office supplies, and mail handling

⭐ Support health & safety, supplier coordination, and administrative processes

Requirements:

⭐ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

⭐ Proactive, adaptable team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude

⭐ Experience in office administration or workplace support; working knowledge of Microsoft Suite preferred
