The role involves supporting day-to-day compliance activities, maintaining records and controls, reviewing documentation, assisting with policy updates, conducting compliance testing and providing administrative support to senior team members. You will work closely with colleagues across the business and participate in training and process improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented and keen to develop a career in compliance or risk. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset and comfort with technology are essential. Previous exposure to audit, compliance or risk is an advantage, and relevant professional qualifications are beneficial but not required, with study support available.
