A highly varied role within the Workplace Operations team, of a highly respected global firm, for a candidate with a strong client focus. Acting as the first point of contact for both colleagues and clients, you will represent the firm from the moment they enter the building, ensuring a welcoming experience delivered to a consistently high standard. Additional responsibilities include monitoring office supplies, ensuring meeting rooms are fully operational, supporting event management, and assisting with wider team requirements.

The successful candidate will be able to complete tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach. Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation is desirable.
