Experienced AML Review Team Leader wanted to lead quality-driven AML oversight within a regulated financial services environment.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Lead, coach and develop a team
⭐ Oversee AML/CFT/CPF reviews for individual, corporate and trust clients
⭐ Act as escalation point for high-risk, complex and PEP cases
⭐ Ensure onboarding, periodic and trigger reviews meet regulatory standards
⭐ Drive process improvement, MI reporting and support AML projects
What you’ll need:
⭐ Line management experience with a people-first leadership style
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in AML/compliance within financial services
⭐ Strong knowledge of AML/CFT/CPF frameworks and regulatory requirements
⭐ ICA Certificate/Diploma desirable
⭐ Confident using Microsoft 365 and workflow systems
