What you’ll do:

What you’ll need:
⭐ Experience in HR or people-focused support role
⭐ CIPD Level 3 (or willingness to study)
⭐ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
⭐ Strong organisation, admin and time management abilities
⭐ Ability to interpret data, advise on policy, and support challenging conversations
