What you’ll do:

⭐ Provide HR advice and support to managers across recruitment, performance, absence, and conduct matters

⭐ Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and Directives

⭐ Liaise with managers on workforce planning, data management, and organisational structures

⭐ Support the resolution of conduct and capability issues with early intervention

⭐ Engage directly with employees to offer impartial HR guidance

⭐ Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement projects

What you’ll need:

⭐ Experience in HR or people-focused support role

⭐ CIPD Level 3 (or willingness to study)

⭐ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

⭐ Strong organisation, admin and time management abilities

⭐ Ability to interpret data, advise on policy, and support challenging conversations
